Refund policy


Shipped products issues are resolved as quickly as possible because we are always committed to satisfying our customers. 

Product verification process will be conducted which may take a few days to complete.


All claims for refund, return or exchange of products will be handled at the discretion of the Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC. 

Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC to accept items for return if they are in the original and unused state unless there is manufacturer's defect. 

You must contact us at to initiate a claim within 72 hours of receipt of goods to start case evaluation. For every return/repair claim approve, the return must be made within 14 days of this approval.


Products cannot be returned if they have been opened. Items that have been damaged during shipment will be evaluated before acceptance. Product returned due to a defective manufacture, must be in the original packing with all parts and accessories. Filters due to their nature can not be returned if opened. 

Goods that have been used and changed from their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. The returned product must be in perfect condition and its original packaging, without damage


Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. The initial cost of shipping the order is not included in the refund.


Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC accept items for exchange as long as they are unopened and remain in the original container. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the items you want to exchange and there is additional charge for shipping replaced items.
