PAYMENT POLICY
Payment methods accepted
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), COD (Cash of Delivery) & postpay.
Credit card charges
Your credit card will be charged when your order is being shipped from our warehouse with an email notification indicating that your order has been shipped. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be informed, and your credit card will not be charged.
SHIPPING POLICY
Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC will make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours Sunday through Thursday unless the item is out of stock. When an item is out of stock, you will be notified. The delivery time varies depending on your location.
COURIERS
We use Aramex or other couriers to deliver orders.
The types of services available for your order will be presented by entering the address information during the payment process.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We are currently shipping to the UAE and its environ.
Your delivery address must be a valid address and not be a PO Box.
TRACKING ORDER
We will update your order with tracking information. Once the shipping courier provides a tracking number, it will be notified to you by email. The package can then be tracked on the courier company's web site
SHIPPING COSTS
The fee charged for shipping your order is based on the weight and number of items you ordered and your location. Before the final billing, you will be shown what the shipping cost will be, and you will have the opportunity to decide to place your order or not, a full or partial payment beforehand may be required.
The availability of the free delivery service depends on the size of the order, destination and route charges. This service may not be available at all times. Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC reserves the right to limit or discontinue this service temporarily or permanently.

BACK ORDERS
If an item in your order is sold out and please, we will hold back your order until all items of your order are available. You will receive a notification by email to inform you of the estimated date of shipment. You can request that the items that are available in your order are shipped immediately, and the out of stock order will be shipped at a later date when it will be available; This means that you will not receive part of the entire order, but you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for each subsequent shipment of items.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES
Shipped products issues are resolved as quickly as possible because we are always committed to satisfying our customers.
Product verification process will be conducted which may take a few days to complete.
How to return an item
All claims for refund, return or exchange of products will be handled at the discretion of the Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC.
Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC to accept items for return if they are in the original and unused state unless there is manufacturer's defect.
You must contact us at admin@edelweiss-uae.com to initiate a claim within 72 hours of receipt of goods to start case evaluation. For every return/repair claim approve, the return must be made within 14 days of this approval.
Return Exceptions
Products cannot be returned if they have been opened. Items that have been damaged during shipment will be evaluated before acceptance. Product returned due to a defective manufacture, must be in the original packing with all parts and accessories. Filters due to their nature can not be returned if opened.
Goods that have been used and changed from their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. The returned product must be in perfect condition and its original packaging, without damage
Restock charge
Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. The initial cost of shipping the order is not included in the refund.
Exchanges
Edelweiss for Air Purifiers LLC accept items for exchange as long as they are unopened and remain in the original container.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the items you want to exchange and there is additional charge for shipping replaced items.

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
Products sold on this site are covered by manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and the type offered are included in the product description.
